French national team to face winner of Germany-Spain game
France have advanced to the EuroBasket final after eliminating Poland with a 95-54 score on Friday.
The French national team were in control of the match and won all quarters at Berlin Arena.
With a better start to the semifinal game, France led the first quarter 15-9 and the first half ended with a score of 34-18.
France continued to dominate the fourth quarter as the game ended 95-54 in favor of the French side.
Guerschon Yabusele was the highest scorer with 22 points. Moustapha Fall came off the bench to lead his side to a huge victory, producing six points, 10 rebounds, and five assists.
Elie Okobo and Evan Fournier scored 10 points each in the semifinal.
Poland’s Michal Michalak and A. J. Slaughter scored 10 points each.
France will take on the winner of the Germany-Spain game in the final on Sunday.

France's best finish came at EuroBasket 2013 held in Slovenia.
Poland still have a podium spot up for grabs. It would be their fourth third-place finish after 1939, 1965, and 1967.
