The Western Nations` plans for advancing the idea of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific may also result in socio-financial destabilization of the Asia-Pacific Region (APR), the Deputy Chairman of Russia`s Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, stated on Thursday in an cope with to the outlet of the global convention entitled Environmental Policy and Sustainable Development at the island of Sakhalin.
