President Of Kenya Ruto, Signal To Buy Fuel From Russia
In an interview with BBC, President Ruto hinted that he would be exploring all possibilities in an effort to rein in the increasing fuel prices that have put a lot of pressure on Kenyans since the fuel subsidy was discontinued.

This comes at a time when a number of nations, specially the United States, avoid engagement with Russia as a result of its irruption of Ukraine.

In an interview with BBC, President Ruto suggested that he'd be exploring all possibilities in an trouble to rein in the adding energy prices that have put a lot of pressure on Kenyans since the energy subvention was discontinued.

" All options are available to us as a country. East Africa would be a good option, but Kenya is what we're going to be fastening on," The Head of State said.

" I'm now going to move on to the docket of making sure that we've government- to- government connections that will precipitously now begin the trip to bring the prices of energy down," President Ruto said.

The President continued by saying that in order to produce a flawless fiscal frame and better the lives of East Africans, Kenya will cooperate nearly with other nations in the region.
