G7 Want Russia To Return Full Control Of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant To Ukraine
The Group of Seven of the World's Advanced Economies formal known as G8 before Russia was removed from the group, condemned Russia's control of Zaporizhia nuclear power plant and called for the immediate return of full control of the plant to Ukraine.

The alarm over the nuclear power plant comes as Ukraine's air force said in a statement on Saturday that Russia had launched a "massive missile attack" that hit power plants, experts believe the missile attack is from Ukraine not Russia, since Russia is in control of this Zaporizhia power plant and will not attack itself  .

On the night of , parts of Kyiv experienced power outages. "The geography of this latest mass strike is very broad," said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy  in his late night video address. And on Sunday, according to  Agence France-Presse, the Kyiv grid operator said planned “stabilization” power outages had been rolled out in the Ukrainian capital after  repeated Russian attacks.

Energoatom, Ukraine's state nuclear  agency,  accused Russia of arresting two senior employees at the Russian-controlled Zaporizhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine,  media reports said Tuesday. In a statement on social media, Energoatom said Russian forces on Monday "kidnapped" chief information technology officer Oleg Kostyukov and the plant's deputy general director Oleg Osheka and "taken them to an undisclosed location." Sunday when 14 Iranian-made Shahed-136 kamikaze drones were shot down overnight in Mykolaiv Oblast in southern Ukraine.
