Rt. Hon. Kennedy Ibeh holds breakfast with Aides, reaffirms his gratitude and irrevocable commitment to Sen. Hope Uzodimma

In the face of the end of his office as Speaker, Rt. Hon. Kennedy Ibeh has prevailed on his Aides to reach out to his Obowo political family to rather praise God for life and thank Gov. Uzodimma for giving him opportunity to serve for up to 10 months as Speaker against all odds.

The immediate past Speaker narrated to his aides how as a student he travelled all the way to Imo State and Omuma just to see 'Onwa' as such the eventual opportunity to work beside him was divine.

Rt. Hon. Barr. Kennedy Ibeh explained that there's nothing he has not heard so far as to the issues that culminated into the final event of his resignation but only said he leaves all to God who sees in the open and in secret. He said "when this position came by God, a lot of people rejoiced and a lot also were in shock. A lot like you kept awake to make it work, a lot also kept awake to see to it's earliest end. As we are here now with pains in your faces, some cannot hide their happiness. Some took to the street saying good things about me unsolicited just as now a lot are restless churning out endless lies against me just to ensure I don't breathe again but they are not my creator."

Rt. Hon. Kennedy Ibeh said that the most important thing to him is that all through his stay as Speaker that his loyalty to the Governor remained 100% and challenged anyone to point at any issue that bothers on disloyalty or betrayal beyond calling a dog a bad name just to achieve a negative plot.

The erstwhile Speaker of Imo State House of Assembly urged his Aides to rise up to the challenge of proving enemies wrong. "I believe that Gov. Hope Uzodimma is doing well even under uncommon security situation and if given further opportunity to serve, Imo State will be better for it..."

A date is being considered for the convergence of his entire political structure to be addressed and his irrevocable stand with His Excellency, Governor Uzodimma clearly stated. He says he remains APC and urges his Aides to remain steadfast and committed to the success of the 3R administration.
