CNN Reported That Former US President Donald Trump Was Officially Arrested.

 Trump will be detained until the charges against him are brought. It is expected that Trump will be free to leave the court after the hearing. 

 In United States procedural law,  arrest is a required part of a grand jury indictment. The arrest does not mean that Trump will sit behind bars.The accused was only placed under house arrest  for the term of the indictment. 

 Previously, Trump was exempt from the formalities of a typical arrest. He was not handcuffed or photographed to document the case, and his fingerprints were obtained earlier. 

 Trump remains in the DA office while documents related to the arrest are processed. Relevant information should be forwarded to local law enforcement.It is also alleged that he will be reminded of his right to remain silent and that his words could be used against him. The media had no access to him at this stage of the indictment. White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre said US President Joe Biden is not focused on the charges  against former US President Donald Trump, but the US administration is ready for a possible upheaval. 

 She declined to comment on the matter, specifically saying that Biden "will focus on the American people as he does every day," when the Trump case was not his focus. 

 According to a White House official, the administration is ready for a possible uproar.
