Medvedev According to Dmitry Medvedev, Ukrainians have paid with their lives for the endless supply of US arms and  the services of trainers and mercenaries Washington's game, while the Russians, who died in the conflict would be avenged  in battle or "otherwise," Russian Security Council Vice President Dmitry Medvedev warned on Thursday.
